“I’ve learned that you shouldn’t go through life with a catchers mitt on both hands.
You need to be able to throw something back.”
– Maya Angelou
I'm writing to you as I Shelter-At-Home with my family on Cape Cod in Massachusetts.
I hope you are staying home, staying safe and staying well!
Our gardens are waking up with sun yellow daffodils and purple and white crocuses in full bloom.
The buds on our 3 year old Weeping Willow tree -
a gift in honor of the life of my sister Kelly - are starting to open.
It is an unprecedented time of fear and uncertainty in so many ways,
yet just as in Mother Nature, stillness is a conduit to growth, awakening and awareness.
There are a number of ways you can help those who are in need due to the COVID-19 pandemic and I am honored to lend some songs
(alongside some of the region's most talented artists) via YouTube video to a few of these worthy organizations.
Please take a look, have a listen, help if you can and share.
