The Human Rights Celebration was begun in 2006 to encourage local units to recognize persons and organizations in their own communities who are doing extraordinary work on behalf of “the least among us.” It is a National Award given in a Local setting. This celebration provides an opportunity to learn of creative, unique and tireless men and women who are truly inspiring. We celebrate to promote the awareness about human rights among people all around the world, to get together in cooperation to discuss and highlight on-going challenges to human rights, and to encourage support of vulnerable groups of people. Join us to celebrate the honorees for 2019 Engage Falmouth, Rev Roderick MacDonald and Natalie Ryan.
